These hood pins are what we use on the 5X Racing Spec Miata's, mostly because they do not allow you to lose the safety pins! Because the safety pin is integrated on a sliding mechanism, your physically cannot misplace the pin, which helps in not having your hood fly up when you're on track.

Pair of steel pin hooks with guide pin and trip shutter, all mounting hardware included.
