1990-1996.5 Mazda Miata Radio Delete Plate

The radio delete plate for 1990-1996.5 Mazda Miata is one of many parts that have passed our rigorous long term track testing and has proven itself ready for all you crazies out there! Our radio plate was designed, developed, and used on our race cars for the past 5 years, so we know it's good to go! This part is perfect for Miata race cars that have the radio removed for race lightening, or for hard core street/autocross/time attack drivers that are looking for a great start to weight reduction. Not only is removing the less than desirable stereo system in your Miata a great way to reduce weight, this plate is also a great foundation to mount your additional gauges and switches like we do on our Spec Miata race cars.

The radio delete plate is designed to fit the radio opening in 1990-1996.5 Mazda Miata's, however we've found that our pre-drilled installation holes do not line up correctly with certain radio bezels. We're not 100% sure what years the different bezels are from, but we believe it's from the 1996.5-1997 Miata which our research shows used a different radio.

Constructed of lightweight .090 aluminum, which is thick enough to be cut with a hole saw for your gauges, but light enough to not be heavy
