Windshield Cowl Panel fits '90-'05. These often come with a small crack in the middle section, as shown in pictures, but this defect is purely cosmetic and does not impede function. It actually looks like a factory seem.
A good rubber gasket on these parts is not guaranteed. The rubber gaskets are usually falling off in some way or the other (either the ends or towards the middle). This is common and it should be noted that it is usually expected to need to glue the long rubber gasket back on.
