Damage during shipping

For any issues of damaged products we will follow the shipper's standards for verification. If there is no proof the item was lost or damaged in shipment we cannot replace it at our loss. If an item is received damaged, you will need to keep the box and take photos of the damage to the parts and to the package as received. With that, we will gladly replace the item and deal with the shipper to handle the loss.
